Kreischalarm in der Color Line Arena. Tokio Hotel, Deutschlands erfolgreichste Teenie-Rockband, tritt mit ihrer „Humanoid-City-Tour“ auf. BILD präsentiert das Konzert – und sprach mit den Zwillingen Bill und Tom Kaulitz.
WAS GEHT TECHNISCH AB?
• Tokio Hotel sind mit 11 Trucks und 6 Bussen unterwegs. Bill: „Im Tourbus ist absolutes Groupie-Verbot, damit sich Tom auf die Konzerte konzentrieren kann.“
• 50 Crew-Mitglieder und 4 Köche begleiten sie.
• Ihre Bühnenanlage hat 90 000 Watt, die Leinwände im Hintergrund sind mehr als 70 Quadratmeter groß. Tom: „Wir haben uns noch nie so viele Showelemente ausgedacht.”
WAS GEHT BEI DER SHOW AB?
Tom: „Es ist alles neu, wir haben seit einem Jahr diese Tour vorbereitet. Haben jede Entscheidung selbst getroffen.“ Bill: „Das Einzige, was nicht neu ist, sind die alten Hits, die wir spielen.“
Tom spielt diesmal nicht nur Gitarre, sondern auch Piano mit Bill. Geprobt wurde seit November in Hamburg, London und Luxemburg.
WAS GEHT BACKSTAGE AB?
Bill: „Man hört die spektakulärsten Geschichten von Musikern, die einen komplett weißen Raum verlangen oder ihre eigene Toilette mitbringen. Wir haben eine Couchecke, einen Kühlschrank, einen Toaster. Dazu Musik aus dem Laptop. Das reicht.“ Bill hat einen Extra-Raum, in dem er sich warmsingt. Tom: „Wir haben Bill aus dem Backstageraum geschmissen, diese komischen Tonleiter-Übungen hält man nicht aus.“ Auch Schlagzeuger Gustav hat einen Raum, in dem er sich warmtrommelt.
Die Zwillinge haben ihre zwei Hunde mit dabei. Tom: „Bill darf den ganzen Tag ihre Haufen wegmachen.“
UND WAS GEHT IN HAMBURG AB?
Bill: „Alle reden die ganze Zeit von der Hamburg-Show. Unser Heimspiel. Familien und Freunde sind vor Ort, wenn ich nur daran denke, geht jetzt schon mein Puls nach oben!”

WHAT IT INCLUDES TECHNICALLY? (not sure)
• Tokio Hotel are on the road with 11 trucks and 6 buses. Bill: "The bus has an absolute prohibition against groupies, so that Tom can concentrate on the concerts."
• 50 crew members and 4 cooks accompany them.
• Stage facility(?) has 90,000 watts, the screens in the background are more than 70 square meters. Tom: "We never had so many things at a show."
WHAT IS ON THE SHOW?
Tom: "It's all new, we have prepared this tour a year ago. We made all the decisions by ourselves" Bill: "The only thing that is not new, are the old songs that we play. "
Tom, this time, not only plays the guitar but also piano with Bill. He has been rehearsed since November in Hamburg, London and Luxembourg.
WHAT COMES FROM BACKSTAGE!
Bill: "You hear the most spectacular stories of musicians who require a completely white room, or bring their own toilet. We have a corner couch, a refrigerator, a toaster. The music from the laptop. Tom: "We have kicked Bill out of the backstage area, his weird scale exercises make you go insane" Drummer Gustav also has a space in which he warmdrumming himself.
The twins have their two dogs with them.
WHAT WILL COME UP IN HAMBURG?
Bill: "I'll talk all the time on the Hamburg show [not sure]. Our home. Our families and friends are there, and when I think of it, my energy is going up!"
