Bill Kaulitz [20] is known for his eccentric outfits and out of space hairstyles. At the beginning of his career, his head construction resembled that of Struwwelpeter. By now, the Tokio Hotel singer resembles the Noth Korean dictator Kim Jong Il.

Of course only appearance-wise – we don’t want to imply that dear Bill’s character is the same as the tyrant!

Kim Jong Il’s hair is likely standing upright due to natural force. Kaulitz, on the other hand, had to help with a whole lot of hairspray to get it that way – A perfect Bart Simpson look.
